What are the shipping and handling fees?

Standard Shipping is free within Australia. Express Shipping fee varies. Refer to Shipping Policy for detail. All duties, necessary taxes, and carrier fees will be free of charge for all Australian customers.

Where is my order, why it takes longer than estimated?

At HÜGA HOME, we use various shipping methods to get your orders to you in the fastest and safest way possible. 

All of our In Stock products take between 4-15 business days estimated total for processing and delivery.

Customized/ Pre-order items might take 4-9 weeks depends on nature of the items.

Shipping timeframes vary depending on several factors, a timeframe specific to your postcode or locations (metro area, rural etc) and the product in your cart is shown to you at checkout before your order is placed.

I have order more than one item but only received partial, where is the rest?

Thank you for purchasing from HÜGA HOME! If you order more than one item, we often package and ship items separately to ensure safe delivery, especially for fragile products. Feel free to contact us at support@hugahome.shop with any shipping or order inquiries.
